In a significant turn of events, Satish Salian, father of late celebrity manager Disha Salian, has come forward with explosive claims, alleging that his daughter was murdered. He has linked her tragic demise to the mysterious death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR) and has now taken legal action by filing a petition demanding an investigation into the role of Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray. This shocking revelation has reignited public discourse on the high-profile deaths that shook the nation in 2020.
Disha Salian, who previously managed SSR, allegedly fell from a high-rise building in Mumbai’s Malad area on June 8, 2020. Just days later, on June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra residence. These consecutive deaths led to widespread speculation and conspiracy theories, with many believing the two cases were connected.
Satish Salian stated, “My daughter’s body did not have any injury marks.” He firmly rejected the suicide narrative, insisting, “My daughter did not commit suicide, she was killed.”
Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nitesh Rane, who has been vocal about the alleged cover-up, questioned why the Thackeray family has remained silent. “Why is Uddhav Thackeray’s family not coming out and saying, ‘My son is not involved in all this’?” Rane asked. He also challenged Aaditya Thackeray to disclose his whereabouts on June 8, 2020. “Even he knows where he was that night. If he has nothing to hide, why is he silent?” he remarked.
The case had gained renewed momentum in 2022 when Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe Disha Salian’s death. However, with Satish Salian now demanding a fresh probe, pressure is mounting on law enforcement agencies to re-examine the case.
SSR’s father, KK Singh, has also reiterated his long-standing belief that his son was murdered. “Sushant was not the kind of person who could commit suicide. Disha’s death was called an accident, but I have heard she was thrown from the building,” he told Republic TV.
Legal expert Nilesh Ojha, representing the petitioners, stated that the legal action taken by Satish Salian is aimed at bringing the truth to light. “We just want the probe to be free and fair,” said Nitesh Rane.
Meanwhile, media personnel gathered outside the Salian residence following these shocking revelations. “Do whatever it takes, but give my daughter justice,” said Satish Salian. “I stayed silent for years, but now the truth must come out.”
As the case takes a new turn, all eyes are now on the judiciary and investigative agencies to determine whether these claims will finally lead to justice for Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput.
