Salman Khan recently appeared on his nephew Arhaan Khan’s podcast, Dum Biryani, where he had a candid conversation with Arhaan and his friends, Dev Raiyani and Arush Verma. During the finale episode, Salman schooled the trio after they admitted that they were not very fluent in Hindi.
During the podcast, Salman inquired about their purpose behind starting the podcast. When they revealed that it was “just a passing passion” and “a way to create memories for themselves,” Salman immediately interjected, saying, “You guys should first do all of this in Hindi.”
At this point, one of Arhaan’s friends pointed out, “Inko Hindi nahi aati” (they don’t know Hindi), while another admitted, “My Hindi is very poor.” Salman assured them that they could speak in Hindi and that he would correct them if they made mistakes.
As the conversation continued, Arhaan laughed and joked, “Hindi classes, Hindi tutor, practice karo.” However, Salman sternly responded, “You should be ashamed of yourselves if you guys don’t know Hindi. You have to cater to the audience who understands Hindi.”
The Bollywood superstar also took the opportunity to offer career advice to Arhaan and his friends. He urged them to focus on understanding their strengths and weaknesses before stepping into the film industry.
On the professional front, Salman Khan is currently busy shooting for Sikandar, an action drama directed by AR Murugadoss. The film features an ensemble cast, including Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar. Sikandar is in production and is scheduled to release in theaters on 28 March.
Apart from this, Salman is set to return in Kick 2, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The filmmaker recently announced the film with a candid picture of Salman, writing, “It was a great Kick 2 photo shoot Sikandar….!!! From Grand🌻Sajid Nadiadwala @beingsalmankhan @wardakhannadiadwala #Kick2 #Sikandar.” The announcement has left fans excited for Salman’s return in the much-anticipated sequel.
