The sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil.
The box office update follows lead star Allu Arjun’s arrest and subsequent release in connection with a stampede incident at the film’s premiere, resulting in the death of a woman. Arjun spent a night in jail before securing interim bail from the Telangana High Court after being remanded to judicial custody.
