WHILE it was a day to celebrate the long reign of his great grandmother in throne, Prince Louis did not lose the opportunity to make the headlines when Britain was all engaged to observe the Platinum Jubilee events in London.
The four-year-Louis, who is the third and youngest child of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, the duke and duchess of Cambridge, was photographed waving at bystanders enthusiastically during the celebrations as he joined his elder brother Prince George and sister Princess Charlotte in a carriage ride for the Queen’s Birthday Parade.

Later, the youngster was seen chatting with the Queen who was trying to distract him from the loud noise of aircraft flying overhead during the flypast. He was also seen overwhelmed by the noise once and covered his ears while shouting.

That the little Louis was not short of energy became visible when he was seen frowning as he saluted while observing the Trooping the Colour, an event held by regiments of the British Army on a balcony at Horseguards Parade. Louis was also seen pulling faces and picking his nose during the event.
At one point, Louis broke away from his mother Cathrine to barge past Her Majesty. A few soothing words from his great grandmother, with whom he shares a special bond, did the trick to calm him down at a time when he was overwhelmed by the train of events.
