South Korean YouTuber Hyojeong Park, who was allegedly molested by two men on a busy street in the Indian city of Mumbai earlier this week, met and thanked two individuals who posted the video of her harassment and helping the authorities to arrest the accused quickly.
Of the two, Atharva had rushed to Park’s rescue after watching the livestream of the incident.
The South Korean woman, who goes by the online name of Mhyochi, tweeted a picture of her having lunch at a restaurant in the Maximum City. She captioned it, “Lunch with two Indian gentlemen who help me to post the video and save me on the street. Aditya and Atharva (sic).”

In another post with Atharva, she wrote: “Coffee with Indian Gigachad.”
Park faced the ordeal while she was livestreaming on her social media. Two young men, later identified as 19-year-old Mobeen Chand Mohd Shaikh, and 20-year-old Mohd Naqib Sadarialam Ansari, allegedly pulled her hand and offered her a ride on a motorcycle. When she refused, the accused even tried to kiss her on the cheek. The duo were promptly arrested by the Mumbai Police and a case was filed against them.
Park, who was rattled by the incident but refused to agree that it harmed the image of India, later shared the video on her Twitter account and wrote, “Last night on stream, there was a guy who harassed me. I tried my best not to escalate the situation and leave because he was with his friend. And some people said that it was initiated by me being too friendly and engaging the conversation. Makes me think again about streaming (sic).”
