While Twitter chief Elon Musk is the most followed person on the microblogging site, he himself follows less than 200 accounts. Among those who he follows are Satya Nadella, Barack Obama and Emmanuel Macron. And now, Musk has started following Indian prime minister Narendra Modi.
The news started drawing the attention of the netizens, some of whom also started speculating that Musk’s Tesla could be entering the South Asian nation’s market soon.

Musk has more than 134 million followers on Twitter and the figures made him the most-followed person as he surpassed Obama, who has nearly 133 million, late last month.
Modi, on the other hand, has 87.8 million followers.
Musk, who is the world’s second richest man, completed his $44 billion takeover of Twitter last October and brought significant changes in the company which has also been witnessing controversies since the change of ownership.
