Kaivalya Vohra, founder of delivery app Zepto, is the youngest entreprenuer to make it to the list at the age of 20.

FOUNDERS of 84 startups in India with a cumulative wealth of Rs 423,600 crore have featured in Hurun’s India rich list 2023 that was unveiled earlier this week.
As per the report by Hurun India, the average age of the founders of these startups is 41.
Among those startup founders who have made it to the list are Radha Vembu of Zoho and Nikhi Kamath of Zerodha, Times of India reported.
It also said that Vembu, who witnessed a 14 per cent rise in her net wealth, pipped Nykaa’s Falguni Nayar to become the wealthiest self-made Indian woman to find a place in the list.
Kaivalya Vohra was the youngest entrepreneur to make it to the list at the age of 20. He is the founder of delivery app Zepto.
The youngest individual in the list was 37-year-old and it highlighted the impact the startup revolution is having in India, Hurun said, the Times report added.
Hurun India said while 59 entrepreneurs on the 2023 list are founders of unicorns, two are those gazelles that are most likely to ‘go unicorn’ in two years’ time.
But there have also been setbacks.
Hurun India said founders of 16 companies that featured in Hurun India Future Unicorn Index dropped out of 360 One Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2023, resulting in a collective loss of Rs 85,000 crore for them.
Byju Ravindran, founder of troubled edtech startup Byju’s did not find a place in the 2023 list.
