KANNADA cinema star Yash, known for the blockbuster “KGF” franchise, unveiled the first-look video of his new film “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grownups” on his 39th birthday.
Sharing the teaser titled “Toxic: Birthday Peek” on his official X page, Yash wrote, “UNLEASHED!!”
The film is directed by Geetu Mohandas, who previously helmed “Moothon” and “Liar’s Dice”. This project marks Yash’s first film since KGF: Chapter 2 (2022).
Mohandas, who co-wrote the film with Yash, highlighted their collaborative effort, saying, “When our two worlds of thought collided, the result is neither compromise nor chaos — it’s the transformation that happens when artistic vision meets the precision of commercial storytelling transcending borders, languages, and cultural confines.”
In the 59-second teaser, Yash is seen smoking a cigar and walking into an upscale nightclub, ‘Paraiiso,’ dressed in a white suit and fedora.
Toxic is jointly produced by KVN Productions, Monster Mind Creations, and Yash himself alongside Venkat K Narayana.
