Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday (30) shared on Twitter 3D animated videos of him practising yoga, as a response to a query on his wellness mantra during these testing times.
“During yesterday’s #MannKiBaat [radio address], someone asked me about my fitness routine during this time. Hence, thought of sharing these Yoga videos,” he tweeted.

Responding to a question on his monthly address “Mann ki Baat”, the prime minister had said he would post the “Yoga with Modi” videos.
“But do remember, that I am not a fitness expert, I am also not a yoga teacher. I am merely a practitioner,” he had said.
“… some yoga asanaas have greatly benefitted me. It is possible that some of these tips might help you too during the lockdown.”
I am neither a fitness expert nor a medical expert. Practising Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years and I have found it beneficial. I am sure many of you also have other ways of remaining fit, which you also must share with others.

In the run-up to International Yoga Day in June last year, the prime minister had shared similar videos to encourage people to practise yoga.
