Recently, Kartik’s mother, Mala Tiwari, attended the IIFA Awards 2025 with her son, where she made a statement that caught everyone’s attention.
A clip from the IIFA event has surfaced on social media in which Mala Tiwari was asked about her expectations for her future daughter-in-law. Her response, “The family’s demand is a very good doctor,” has led fans to believe that she might be hinting at Kartik’s rumored relationship with Sreeleela.
For the unversed, Sreeleela is not only a successful actress but is also pursuing a medical degree. This connection has sparked widespread speculation, as fans wonder whether Kartik’s mother is indirectly confirming their relationship.
