Television actor Rozlyn Khan has filed a defamation case against Ankita Lokhande after the Pavitra Rishta actress called her “cheap” over comments she made regarding Hina Khan’s cancer battle. Rozlyn also shared snapshots of the court documents related to the case on social media.
Ankita Lokhande had strongly criticized Rozlyn Khan for alleging that Hina Khan was using her cancer diagnosis for publicity. Rozlyn had earlier questioned how Hina could go scuba diving right after undergoing a 15-hour chemotherapy session.

In an interview with Filmygyan, Rozlyn had said, “I was only asking valid questions about her treatment. If someone is undergoing chemo and then going scuba diving, it raises questions. I am a stage four cancer survivor, and I know how difficult chemotherapy can be.”
Reacting to Ankita Lokhande’s remarks, Rozlyn hit back with a strongly worded Instagram post, stating, “A woman who could use the death of his ex for a Big Boss is preaching to me about cheapness!! Not a big surprise… aa gai sasti publicity lene!!”
She further accused Ankita of attacking her character publicly and misusing her fan pages to harass her. In another post, Rozlyn wrote, “Guys, I posted a video a few days ago mentioning how these TV actresses are using their fan pages to reshare my videos, harassing and trolling me, and @lokhandeankita has come forward publicly, assaulting my character. Hina’s cancer is cancer… my cancer just for time pass?? I was exposing one woman, and another one came in for free, but let’s ignore her… simply ignore. Now, she’s going to give me lectures on cancer when she herself needs advice to sustain her own marriage.”

In addition to her legal battle with Ankita, Rozlyn Khan also lashed out at Rakhi Sawant for interfering in the controversy. She accused Rakhi of unnecessarily involving herself in a discussion that was between her and Hina. According to Rozlyn’s Instagram Stories, she warned Rakhi to “surrender” or face arrest during her next visit to India.
In an interview with News18, Rozlyn doubled down on her claims against Hina Khan, suggesting that she was not being transparent about her treatment and surgery details. She hinted that Hina might be using her cancer diagnosis to gain sympathy and attention.
Hina Khan, who is currently battling stage three breast cancer, has not directly responded to Rozlyn’s remarks. However, her fans have strongly defended her online, calling Rozlyn’s accusations insensitive. Meanwhile, Rozlyn, who has survived stage four cancer, insists that she was merely raising valid concerns and that her words were being misinterpreted.
As the controversy escalates, Ankita Lokhande has not issued any further statements on the matter. With Rozlyn moving forward with her defamation case, this legal dispute is expected to make more headlines in the coming days.
