Sharing the teaser on X (formerly Twitter), Cruise captioned it with: “Everything you were, everything you’ve done, has come to this. Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. See you at the movies May 23, 2025.”
In a recent interview with Empire, Cruise shared the grueling challenges he faced while filming the high-altitude stunt. “When you stick your face out, going over 120 to 130 miles an hour, you’re not getting oxygen. So I had to train myself how to breathe. There were times I would pass out physically; I was unable to get back into the cockpit,” he admitted.
This revelation only adds to the legend of Tom Cruise, who has built a reputation for executing jaw-dropping stunts without relying on CGI or stunt doubles.
