ACTOR Radhika Apte, who is expecting her first child with husband Benedict Taylor, made a public appearance at the 2024 BFI London Film Festival.

On Wednesday, she attended the screening of her latest film, “Sister Midnight,” where she was seen with a noticeable baby bump, dressed in a black off-shoulder midi dress.

Apte has not made any formal announcement about her pregnancy, but she shared several photos from the red carpet on social media.

Her caption read: “‘SISTER MIDNIGHT’ UK Premier #lff2024 @britishfilminstitute @film4 @altitudefilmuk @deathpunkbaby @sfsordal @griffinpicsltd @wellingtonfilms.”

“Sister Midnight,” Apte’s latest film, is described as a “dark physical comedy” with feminist themes, as noted on the London Film Festival’s official website.

The story follows Uma, a newlywed struggling with domestic life, who seeks new experiences in the city. Directed by Karan Kandhari, the film also stars Ashok Pathak and Chhaya Kadam.

Apte, known for her roles in films like “Badlapur,” “Phobia,” “Lust Stories,” “Andhadhun,” and “Vikram Vedha,” has been married to British violinist and composer Benedict Taylor since 2012.
