AKSHAY KUMAR is set to collaborate with director Priyadarshan once again for a new film, “Bhooth Bangla”, which will be released in 2025.
The announcement came from the actor on his 57th birthday, when he shared the news with fans via Instagram.
This marks their first project together in 14 years, with their last collaboration being the 2010 political satire Khatta Meetha.
Akshay expressed his excitement, saying, “Thank you for your love on my birthday, year after year! Celebrating this year with the first look of ‘Bhooth Bangla’! I’m beyond excited to join forces with Priyadarshan again after 14 years.”

The two have previously worked on several successful comedies, including “Hera Pheri”, “Garam Masala”, and “Bhool Bhulaiyaa”.
“Bhooth Bangla”, a horror comedy, will be produced by Balaji Telefilms Ltd in partnership with Cape of Good Films.
Akshay is also serving as a producer along with Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor.
Faara Sheikh and Vedant Vikaas Baali will be co-producers.
